Thank you for visiting Netgem during IPTV World Forum 2010

IPTV Winner award stand

Thank you for taking the time to visit us during this year's IPTV World Forum in London. With its strong focus on next generation hybrid IPTV solutions, the show proved without doubt that the future of TV is a seamless TV experience combining broadband and broadcast delivered content.

I hope you were able to experience NetgemTV and see, first hand, how it is powering Monaco Telecom's upcoming hybrid cable service that features broadcast/IP HD programming, VOD services and WebTV content.  Our agreements with Melita Telecom to power the Maltese telecom operator's new hybrid cable TV service and the launch of our new DVB-T2 Netbox with IPVision's FetchTV service in the UK made headlines, as did our partnership with Accedo to create a game application store and the arrival of our iPhone application.  Read more about these announcements here and read more about our thoughts on the future of TV here.

The highlight of the show for me, however, was our win of this year's much contested IPTV World Series Award for Best IPTV Service Delivery Platform / Client Software. A reflection of our ability to deliver robust and easy-to-use solutions to operators around the world and to stimulating open standard innovation within our industry, we are delighted to have won such prestigious recognition from the industry. Kudos to our technology team working tirelessly behind the scenes.

Looking forward now to the rest of 2010, we will be spending more time in local markets across Europe, the Americas and Asia and look forward to speaking to you again soon keen to discuss what the Future of TV means to you.
